It's Wednesday, people - half the week is about to be done already - have you moved your azz???

I did a quick round of lower body weights and then ran my 5K.  42min - I did weights before running and needless to say - my azz was TIRED by the time I got about 2 miles in.  So, I ate it on time - I did a flat 41 minutes Monday for the same distance...... oh well!!!

What are YOU doin?????

Dayum...you really are doing it! I'm trying to ease my way back into running but you're inspiring me to push myself harder. Time to download a Couck to 5k podcast to keep me motivated.

The boy goes back to school today until noon. I'll walk him there (around the block) and jog outside for 30 minutes. Then back to house, have a protein smoothie and start my On Demand workouts:

Bootylicious Buns - 11 minutes
Incredible Abs - 25 minutes (This will be the hardest...probably only hit it for five minutes)
Pilates Leg Slimmer and Toner - 14 minutes

Glad I could help! LOL - get ready for this weekend - Imma do 4.4 miles in the park Sat morning - weekends are my long runs.

MSW will not settle

Its cardio day.  I'll either run h210k or hit the elliptical for an hour.  I've discovered by turning up the resistance and cross ramp you can really raise the METs.  An hour at 9-10 METs burns almost as many calories as an hour 10k run.  I really need the burn this weeek.

I will walk at lunch and after work.  I hit the gym yesterday evening for a while but I got to find something to get my energy level up so I can step up my workouts.

Heading to the gym. Today: arms, abs, kettle bells/balls (whatever those things are called) heavy ball, eliptical (40 min).
